  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with max. 2 year experience
  • Good competence in English
  • Strong analytical skillset
  • Social & intercultural skills enabling you to work in a multicultural environment

  • A valid driving license

  • With your ideas, strong consumer orientation and trade understanding we can continue to strengthen our market position. Various facets of our Sales departments are awaiting you – be it Shopper and Customer Marketing, Key Account Management, Distributive Trade or E-Commerce. This way, you are prepared for becoming a key asset for Beiersdorf.

  • Our plan is to recruit 5 Sales MTs in July 2020.

  • You will spend your first 2 months on the field with Field Executives who are working for NIVEA Beiersdorf Turkey. Then you will be assigned your specific sales group (Shopper & Customer Marketing, Modern Trade or Traditional Trade) for the next 10 months.

    Besides your day-to-day responsibilities, you will have your own project and your coach to support you in this process. At the end of your 12 months within the company, you will present your project to the Management Committee and you will be graduated from the MT program and then you can be part of the family!
